Prices

Please be advised that all team members are educated professional artists in their field. We do not limit their expertise, so prices can vary by team members.

Cancellation

We ask for the courtesy of a notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel your service. This will enable us enough time to contact and accommodate other guests who would love to use the time.

Walk-Ins Welcome For All Services

We welcome walk-ins; however, available slots generally fill up during the day. We suggest that you give us a call, and we can tell you what times are currently available for that day.

Service Guarantee

Our entire team takes pride in all of the services we provide. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, inform a member of our front desk team or please call us within three days of your appointment and we will be happy to schedule a new appointment at no charge. A complimentary adjustment will be scheduled within 15 days of the notification. No refunds will be given on any services. If additional work is performed beyond the adjustment, a service charge may apply. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to performing the service.

Product Returns

All unused or unopened products will be accepted for refund within three days of purchase (no exceptions) with the receipt.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of AVEDA to someone you love! Gift cards are available at the salon​​ ​​and can be used for services and products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gratuities

Gratuities for our staff services are accepted in cash, check, Venmo and Zelle.

Appointments

We highly recommend re-booking your next visit at the time of your current service. Your stylist will let you know how long to go between visits to maintain the integrity of your style and color. We give appointment reminders and confirmations with plenty of time to make adjustments if needed.
